If you’re studying a short length direct entry, accelerate, or top up Nursing Associate course you may be eligible for the NHS Learning Support Fund (NHS LSF).
The courses are usually 18 months, and you would typically join midway through Year 2 of a 3 year standard length course.
You must apply with the course details of the standard length course you are joining. This means if you begin in spring you must apply as a Year 2 student for the previous September cohort.
If approved, you’ll receive 6 months funding in your first year and full funding in the following academic year, subject to your university confirming your attendance on the course.
You can view your expected payments in the Payments tab on your NHS LSF account.
